Return Policy

All sales on custom print products are final. No refunds are issued unless order has been cancelled before pre-press procedure has begun. If a project is cancelled before actual printing we will issue a refunded for the printing and shipping segment of the project.

Every project is inspected before shipping, in the event product received is damaged please notify us within 10 days. Return instructions will be issued for the damaged part of your order. The damaged goods will be inspected and reprinted or re-encoded, depending on the problem, at no additional cost.

Plastic Card City reserves the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect or print error. Shipping cost are not refunded.

Stock items such as generic card holders can be returned within 14 days for a full refund excluding the shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If any part of your project is not printed per your specifications please call customer service at 845-507-0220 and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
